Two ways to register
1. Purchase orders/vouchers and registration forms must be sent together and e-mailed to cgs@docs.rutgers.edu. A check or voucher must accompany the registration form, payable to Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. The registration form is available here

Registration Details
Before a student is officially enrolled in a course, payment must be authorized or secured. A student with a delinquent account with CGS will not be permitted to enroll in any additional courses or events offered by the Center until the delinquency is resolved. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing at least two business days before the conference start date and will incur a $25 processing fee. Withdrawals received within that time period will be refunded, minus the $25 fee. Failure to notify CGS within the time frame will result in forfeiture of all fees. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
Conference registration will close on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 10:00 am. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Conference Kick-Off Reception – New for 2023! Conference registrants can join us for a casual reception on Tuesday, May 23rd, from 6 pm-7 pm at the Tropicana. Registration is free, but please check the box on the registration form if you will attend.
Public Works Graduation & Dinner – The Public Works Association of New Jersey will host the annual program graduation and dinner on Wednesday, May 24th at 5:30 pm. This optional event is open to all conference attendees, but you must check the box on the registration form to ensure you receive an event ticket at conference check-in.
